Heather Sniffen of Michael Saunders was our buying and selling agent. We worked with her for a year and a half once we decided to move to Florida full-time. She was very patient (no pressure at all) with our changing timeline, listened carefully, and responded appropriately (whether we were near or far) to our needs and desires for a new home. Heather was very knowledgeable about the market, and always prepared. She offered sound advice when asked. She was flexible – always willing to create time in her schedule to show us homes. As the selling agent, she brought in a photographer to take high quality photos of the house. When she realized the house wasn’t getting the kind and number of showings she thought it should, she scheduled an Open House for the weekend following the initial listing, an Open House that garnered numerous offers at the listing price. The house went to pending within a week of the initial listing. Heather Sniffen is friendly, has a great sense of humor, and is a consummate professional with high ethical standards. We would highly recommend her as a listing or selling agent and Michael Saunders as the real estate broker.

My wife and I were very impressed with Ms. Sniffen. We heard about her from a very reliable source: our daughter. Ms. Sniffen had represented her a few years ago, and our daughter assured us that we would not be disappointed. Even though our real estate transaction only involved a 700 sq. ft. condo, Ms. Sniffen looked after every detail and made the whole experience a real pleasure for us.

I am so grateful and fortunate to have found Heather Sniffen as my real estate agent. I have worked with several real estate professionals over the decades, but Heather is the standout among all the agents I have ever dealt with and I will certainly, without any question, have her be my agent in future real estate dealings. I found myself unexpectedly having to sell my house and relocate during the height of the COVID pandemic and I needed someone to take charge. From the moment Heather walked into my house, I felt like she had my best interests at heart! I am not much of a detailed person and Heather was so very accommodating to helping me through the sales process. All of the paperwork was presented to me in an easily understood and uncomplicated process. What I really couldn't believe was how engaged she was in getting the house ready for sale. Heather spent several days helping me straighten out my garden and directing me on what stuff should stay and what stuff should go. I loved it! And the crazy part of all this was it took place during the COVID crisis. Heather really listened to me; she was able to gently, but firmly, keep me on the right track. There were times where I had forgotten to eat and Heather showed up with some much needed nourishment. Heather Sniffen is an extremely intelligent and assertive person of deep compassion, integrity and honesty who has my utmost respect. Thank you so much Heather!
